Thoughts are things. What does this mean actually? It means that whatever we think we can achieve, we can achieve. And whatever we think we cannot do, we cannot.

Thoughts and actions come together. Before any action is done, a thought has to occur. Whether it’s a positive thought or a negative thought, they are still thoughts.

Optimistic persons tend to have more positive thoughts than negative thoughts. Although we cannot run away from thinking about bad things, we can however limit or reduce the number of negative thoughts and think of more positive ones.

Life is a journey. Life is a game. We live to leave a legacy before we leave the earth. We want to make a difference and leave a name before our time has come. But not many people make difference in lives because they think they cannot do.
